pandemic. This decision is taken in the best safety interest of participants, faculty and congress partners. The Organising
Committee will continue to monitor the official communications on this pandemic and will take appropriate action should the need arises.
Please note that the new date is 30th November to 2nd December 2020 (Monday to Wednesday). The venue shall remain as Shangri-La Hotel,

A WELCOME MESSAGE
Dear colleagues and friends,
It is with great pleasure and honour that I welcome you to Kuala Lumpur and the 9th World Congress for Endoscopic Surgery of the Paranasal Sinuses, Skull Base, Brain and Spine from 15th to 18th July 2020. We are especially proud and delighted that it is the first time this prestigious congress is held in Asia.
We have assiduously lined up a 3-day program with keynotes, plenary lectures, live demonstrations, round table discussions, meet the expert sessions, oral presentations and posters with generous contributions from both world renowned international and local faculty members.
Kuala Lumpur, affectionally known as KL, is the capital city of Malaysia. This young cosmopolitan city is a vibrant, multi-ethnic, multi-religious and culturally diverse hub. KL has a myriad of attractions and is definitely a place where everyday fun and world-class sophistication meet to create a unique destination for everyone. KL reflects veritably the image of the country which is "truly Asia".
We, the organizing committee, will work relentlessly to make this congress a huge success and we want to thank the corporate sponsors for their strong support for this event.
We hope that this congress will not only enrich your scientific knowledge and experience, but also provide a golden opportunity for us to network and for our visitors to explore this amazing country. Lastly, Selamat Datang to all!
